Dr. Monish Malhotra is a well renowned Orthopaedic surgeon from New Delhi. He graduated from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal as Gold-Medalist of the batch 15. The field of interest in Hip and Knee disorders and has performed more than 500 Joint replacements in Udham Singh Nagar with practice located mainly at Amrit Hospital, Rudrapur. He is a routine visiting consultant for specialized joint replacements at various other hospitals as well.

He trained from USA in Fast track Knee replacement where the recovery time is less as compared to standard knee replacements. He is also known for anterior hip replacement in Uttarakhand and has performed various Bilateral simultaneous Hip Replacements on multiple occasions.

He also deals in limb discrepancy disorders and management of limbs who have been advised amputations. He is skilled to perform lengthening using ilizarov fixators. He has performed lengthening and salvaged limbs upto 21cms in a trauma patient who had been advised amputations at multiple centres of the country.
